PILING BROWNFIELD SITES

An increasing amount of projects involve brownfield sites with requirements for piled solutions. Often the ground conditions have been complicated by past use. Typical challenges to be overcome include old foundations and variable made ground often with contamination issues. Branlow offer a variety of pile solutions for brownfield sites. This includes low noise, low vibration displacement (zero spoil) piles through to sophisticated rotary percussive overburden drilling sytems. Branlow have designed and installed hybrid piles on particularly difficult sites which involve the use of multiple techniques at a single pile location.
