Low Noise Piling : Noise pollution from construction sites is a nuisance to local residents and Local Authorities often impose limits.  Noise at Work Regulations set action levels at which exposure to workers needs to be controlled.  Ground borne vibration is often perceived by people as detrimental and can lead to structural damage to nearby buildings.

Our low noise low vibration bottom driven piling system offers a solution that is economic and environmentally friendly. The system is installed using small scale mini piling rigs which can operate in restricted access situations. The method employs much lower energies than other forms of conventional driven piling particularly at the more critical shallower depths. The energy transfer is concentrated at the pile toe within a prefabricated casing. Consequently energy losses are much less than for top driven piling and less energy input is required.
